LAND REGISTRY PLANS

We know from our contacts at firms of Solicitors and Chartered Surveyors that they often have difficulty in obtaining Land Registry compliant plans (also known as RedLine or Red Line plans) and Lease Plans for Landlords. 

Such plans are particularly useful when splitting building plots or subdividing property etc.

Surveys can be carried out if necessary or old plans can be transferred into CAD as required.

For a fee starting from £275.00, depending on the level of work involved, we would be able to:

1.Visit the site if necessary and take/confirm measurements

2.Prepare scale plans of 1:50 up to 1:1250 as required

3.Show direction North on the plans

4.Show dimensions

5.Re-draw old plans to scale

6.Plans can be provided as PDF documents by e-mail and/or printed as hard copies

7. Residential and Commercial plans available.
